So easy & so refreshing, this is one of my favorites! Make a pitcher of this & drink a large glass every day. Or as I like to do, I drink a few small glasses throughout the day. Whatever the case, try to be finished with it within 4 days.
3 qts water
3 small lemons sliced
1 seedless cucumber sliced
3 tsps grated ginger
14 mint leaves
Put all that in a pitcher and let it soak over night. Begin drinking the next day! I like to add ice to mine to make it extra cold & refreshing.
